In a recent article, Metering & Smart Energy International stresses the value that OATI’s webIntegrity solution will provide to reliability coordinators, Balancing Authorities (BAs), and transmission operators in the Western Interconnection. According to Metering & Smart Energy International, the development of this data acquisition and load management solution “will result in increased reliability and situational awareness throughout the entire Western Interconnection through the provision of advanced near real time grid information and calculations to determine and quantify the cause of contingency congestion.”
