AUB Case Study

When Athens Utilities Board (AUB) brought in a consultant to uncover company projects
that could have a positive financial benefit, they knew it was important to carry out these projects without majorly disrupting their processes and productivity levels. AUB also wanted to reduce peak demand without impacting the comfort or productivity of their consumers. After analyzing internal solutions, AUB decided to bring in an outside source to help improve quality, lower costs, and collect data at a higher volume.
