OATI Academy

OATI Academy offers a variety of courses to meet your training needs, help you understand industry issues, and how to best leverage OATI products for your business. These sessions are complimentary to attend and are open to current customers of the product.

Seats are limited for each session and a minimum of 5 registrants is required to hold an OATI Academy session.

All attendees will need to submit their registration request by 1:00 PM the day prior to the training. For any questions, please contact training@oati.net. All times are listed in Central Daylight Time (CDT).

webAccounting 101

This course will be useful to customers that are new to the OATI webAccounting system. This introductory, webinar-style course will cover basic functionality and features of webAccounting. The following topics will be discussed:  determinants, creating a new account, creating a new display, general webAccounting features and functions, tools within the system, and creating security roles, introduction on billing, and then cover general ledgers, invoicing, reports, and conclude the session with a section on audit trails.

The courses provide a real-time demonstration and step-by-step examples of how to complete common tasks within the system. The following topics will be discussed: Summary Display, Monitoring Display, Tag creation/Modification Actions, Miscellaneous Displays.

The courses provide a real-time demonstration and step-by-step examples of how to complete common tasks within the system. The following topics will be discussed: Introduction to Tag reporting, Setting up a Tag report, Downloading and Saving Tag report, Analyzing Tag report.

The courses provide a real-time demonstration and step-by-step examples of how to complete common tasks within the system. The following topics will be discussed: Registering a code role to use in tagging, Registering a source/sink point on service point, Registering an adjacency, Publication timing and emergency publications.

This course consists of a real-time demonstration and step-by-step examples of how to complete common tasks in the system. The following topics will be discussed: Definition of a Tag, Tag structure and information provided in a tag

webSmartOASIS 201

This course provides a real-time demonstration and step-by-step examples of how to complete common tasks within the system. The following topics will be discussed: NITS Overview, NITS Agent

webSmartOASIS 202

This course provides a real-time demonstration and step-by-step examples of how to complete common tasks within the system. The following topics will be discussed:  Rollover of TSRs, Resale of TSRs,  Transferring TSRs, Long Term TSR Maintenance
